  • For students and alumni requiring disclosure of conduct information for employment. All such requests from government agencies/third-party background check agencies must be sent to student_affairs@oherpsrkytxeh.com. The request must include a signed release form as well as contact information and applicable badge/agent identification number for records to be checked. Please note that 学生事务 will not release conduct information over the phone.
